Your initial assessment includes:
- A comprehensive history and Pilates specific physical assessment to ensure that your Pilates trained physiotherapist understands your body and injury history, as well as to make sure a Pilates class is suitable for you.
- An explanation of the core Pilates principles so that you perform the exercises properly and get the most out of your Pilates experience.
- Provision of basic home based Pilates exercise so that you can attend your first class ready to participate with confidence.
- Integration into an appropriate clinical Pilates class.
Terms and Conditions: No Gap means that those with private extras health insurance will incur no out of pocket expense for their initial Pilates assessment. For those without private extras health insurance an initial Pilates assessment will incur a fee of $39 – great value at over 50% discount.
